Differences of Parvovirus IgM

Parvovirus IgM kit has some peculiarities regarding the reagents present in the mono-strip:

- Reagents included in the strip in regular tests: conjugate, diluent, calibrator, substrate A and substrate B.
- Reagents included in the strip in Parvovirus IgM: conjugate, antigen, calibrator, substrate A and substrate B.

The antigen in this test is dispensed separately in an additional step before the conjugate, and it occupies the well were the diluent is present in the rest of the tests.

Since the diluent is still necessary to dilute sample (this is not the predilution of the sample, it´s only the regular dilution included in all the methods, no need of VCMAR-TP) and calibrator (to create the NC), the diluent has been placed in a bottle included with the kit.
